April 12, 2013 - We are pleased to inform you that Terra Verde has successfully completed the audit process with the Government of Alberta and we thank our clients for their cooperation in contributing the additional information that the government required us to compile.  At this time, we are actively engaged in the sales process of the credits generated in Projects IX, X and XI and plan to keep you informed as to our progress.  As soon as the sales process is completed, we will be mailing payments out to all of our clients included in these Projects.  We thank you for your patience in this matter. Your cooperation was instrumental in the favorable conclusion to this year long process.
