Terra Verde Emissions Credits Inc. (TVEC) has successfully completed the aggregation, verification, serialization and sale of our 2008 Series I and Series II and 2009 Series III Tillage System Management Offset Projects (Agricultural Carbon Credit Project).  Terra Verde's Project Implementation System has been commented on by our project verifiers and advisors as extremely professional and exceedingly rigorous.  The price paid per tonne of offsets to our clients was an average of $10.50/tonne (before GST on aggregation fees).  This is the highest average net per tonne price paid to producers for zero till carbon credits to date!   Sale Proceeds were paid to TVEC's Producers within one week of receipt of all funds from our buyers, net of GST which has been remitted by TVEC on behalf of the Producers to Canada Revenue Agency.

Terra Verde will be offering prompt payment for the purchase of credits from suppliers. Terra Verde does not link payment terms to future contract commitments on the part of the supplier. Terra Verde will make final payment within 60 days of final sale of credits to emitters.  Terra Verde's rate of commission will be 10% until June 30, 2009, after which time it will increase to 15%.
