Terra Verde Emissions Credits Inc. (TVEC) has successfully completed the aggregation, verification, serialization and sale of our 2011 Series VIII Tillage System Management Offset Project (Agricultural Carbon Credit Project).  The net price paid to our clients on our 2011 Series VIII Project was an average of $11.27/tonne - which works out to $1.00/acre for lands lying within the Dry Prairie soil region and $1.80/acre for lands lying within the Parkland soil region!  Sale proceeds were paid to our Producers within one week of receipt of funds from our buyer, which was the week of November 1, 2011. Terra Verde consistently continues to achieve the highest average net per tonne price paid to Producers for zero till carbon credits.

Terra Verde offers prompt payment for the purchase of credits from suppliers, as indicated above. Terra Verde does not link payment terms to future contract commitments on the part of the supplier. Terra Verde makes final payment within 60 days of final sale of credits to emitters.  

We will assist suppliers of credits in agriculture, forestry, industry, technology and alternative energy projects with the development of their business's GHG credit potential and in the marketing of these credits through our extensive network of industry buyers. As new guidelines and protocols are adopted by governing regulatory bodies, Terra Verde will provide suppliers of credits with access to current protocols to insure that suppliers benefit from potentially enhanced credit guidelines and prices for their businesses credit potential.
